Sarai Fowers, CSW

I believe that mental health struggles are both common and treatable, and that you deserve support and have the ability to move toward strength and peace. My goal is to help you reconnect with that part of yourself—regardless of what brought you here.

I have a particular passion for working with parents navigating:

  • Postpartum and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
  • Birth trauma and pregnancy loss
  • Parenting stress and family challenges
  • Life transitions and relationship stress
  • Trauma and intergenerational patterns
  • Body Image

I tailor therapy to each person, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based strategies.

I bring curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative environment to our work together. I understand how difficult it can be to open up to someone new, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental. You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out—I’ll meet you where you are.

If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
