Justine Rae Murray, MSW, Founder, LCSW, ERP Certified

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold-standard treatment for OCD—as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma-related symptoms. I work with clients navigating OCD in many forms, including:

  • Harm OCD
  • Postpartum OCD
  • Relationship OCD (ROCD)
  • Religious/scrupulosity OCD
  • Health-related obsessions
  • Mental compulsions and reassurance-seeking

I’m also fully trained in Perinatal and Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and have experience supporting women through birth trauma, infant loss (at any stage), perinatal OCD, and suicidal ideation.

Life is full of transitions—whether you’re entering motherhood, facing the challenges of singlehood, or navigating the uncertainty of a new phase. I offer a safe, empowering space where you can show up exactly as you are and do the hard, healing work.

If OCD, anxiety, or trauma are interfering with the life you want to live, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Let’s connect and build a supporthood that’s grounded in honesty, growth, and real change.

MANDEE RODRIGUEZ, CSW

I know how hard it can be to take the first step to reach out for help and because of that, I consider it such a privilege to do this work alongside my clients. I want to empower those that I work with to live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives. I strongly believe that everyone has strengths which can be used to foster positive change and growth. I am passionate about perinatal mental health, the postpartum experience, and women’s issues in general. I also focus my work on those who may be experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I aim to create a safe and inclusive environment and use an eclectic and integrated approach to therapy. I have training in:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Mindfulness-Based Strategies
  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
  • Written Exposure Therapy (WET)

I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I work hard to meet my clients where they are. I strive to make our time together as warm, safe, and welcoming as possible because I understand how challenging it can be to be vulnerable with someone new.
